What Does this uterine Ultrasound Result Mean?

I have some concerns. I got these test results back and can t make sense of them. It says my endometrial stripe is 2cm. And is heterogeneous. Then it says my right ovary measures 2.6 x 1.8 x 1.7 cm with internal cystic changes. Also there were white blood cells found during my pap smear. All std tests were negative. I m so confused what could this mean?

Hello

Your findings may indicate increased endometrial thickening.Normally endometrium should be homogeneous.
It need clinical correlation and further investigations.
Endometrial thickening may be due to both benign or malignant reasons.
You may need endometrial biopsy after evaluation.
Only FNAC can assess exact nature of thickening.

WBC in Pap smear may be due to cervicitis. You may need antibiotics for infection.
Few cysts are normally found in ovary. It may be follicular cysts.

Get well soon.
Take Care
